EXW (Ex Works)

Buyer Risk

Naniac packages cargo at our Harrisonville warehouse. The buyer assumes all costs, risks, and transport logistics from our facility.

FOB (Free On Board)

Recommended

Naniac clears customs and loads cargo onto the vessel at the Port of Oakland. Risk transfers to the buyer once loaded.

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)

Seller Pays Freight

Naniac pays freight and cargo insurance to your destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer upon loading at origin.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Seller Risk

Naniac assumes all delivery logistics, customs clearances, import duties, and taxes to your doorstep.

Container Load Specifications

For commercial wholesale purchases, we coordinate shipments in standard ocean containers. This maximizes space and ensures wood products travel securely:

20ft FCL (Full Container Load): Ideal for boutique resorts or office projects. Holds approximately 28-30 CBM (Cubic Meters).
40ft FCL (Full Container Load): Maximizes cost efficiency for commercial distributions. Holds approximately 65-68 CBM.
LCL (Less than Container Load): Suitable for smaller custom orders. Furniture is crated securely in ISPM 15 certified wooden shipping cases.

Certifications & Customs Documentation

Naniac Globals LLC handles all export documentation in compliance with USDA, FDA, and foreign import agencies:

Phytosanitary Certification: Certified kiln-dried wood verifying treatment and biological safety.
ISPM 15 Fumigation Compliance: Solid wood crates and pallets are heat-treated and stamped to cross borders without delay.
Customs Pack: Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and comprehensive packing list provided digitally.
